On 24th feb 04 at 2300 UTC I heard a very strange unid on 1700 Khz.
The talks we're in slow speed spanish, but that's not 100% sure,
any idea wich station I heard?
Maybe a central/south american station?
It was not a station from the U.S.A. I think.
