Is it just me or is the whole net slow today? I would expect NFL

Yes I have noticed a slow down in the net and also most of the guys that
post to the list the most are in the fantasy games and they are not posting
as much to the list grin because they are concentrating hard on winning
their games.

Further update on my FIPS/Update issues...
Well it seems there are some real issues with how they
activate/initialize FIPS database because I again have found a brick
wall. Seems they don't access whatever database as part of the program
launch, i.e. you don't get a prompt to login until

Other than pure spam, I can name one cause of wasted bandwidth on email.
Clog
It's not email really but the non-text emails. All those fancy inline

This shutdown/controls legit paths of US sourced spam but has no effect
on rogue server, off-shore servers, or millions of lUSERs that are

Got FEAR today at Circuit City... odd because it isn't supposed to be out
until Tuesday.
I'm having the same problems as I did with the demo. I want to play this
game smoothly, but it stutters at times, especially when entering a new
area, as if it's bogging down while drawing the next
Hello Veech,
Upgrade the RAM first. Even older titles like Far Cry, UT2004, Doom 3 and HL2
would only run smoothly for me once I had 1GB (and IIRC even 768MB). You
probably know this, but keep in mind that more of slower RAM (ie. not the
fancy
Redline / Ballistix / ??? stuff) is always better
