It does handle imap and pop. I like the concept of an 8 GB mp3 player and a phone, since I can use both on long bicycle rides with just one device. What I don't like right off are the price, the yearly obsolesce, needing iTunes, and being tied to a single mobile vendor. [EMAIL PROTECTED]

Is there a free anti virus program that can be configured as a just a scanner without anything running in the background or interfering with a primary anti virus program. I have tried CLAM but it just too slow.

I want to set up my laptop to access my Server remotely. Security is, of course, important. I have a old copy of PCAnywhere = version 11. Is that still a good approach, or is there a better, more secure way, to do this.

Not quite, you can have unbuffered ECC. Modern ECC can be done with Parity memory and a proper memory controller. I use Unbuffered ECC (Kingston) in a lot of my A64 workstation builds, as it's not much more expensive than non-ECC and it helps with even more system and data integrity. Most

Family computer has been running worse than a dead dog today. Checked the PS and all the voltages came back ok Alternated each stick of existing ram, no change. Installed ram from another computer. Reviewed the mem settings in bios. No problems in any of the above. The Epox board displays C1
