Inferior GPU BD vs. BD/HD-DVD (not really important with hd-dvd dead but if you already have hd-dvd's) No dvb-t tuner eSata I'm not saying anyone should buy either one, there are better cheaper options available, but a system to system comparison for a htpc the shuttle is better/more capable.
