Sorry, I guess it's called Rock Band rather than Rock Star. Guess

Anyone try out RawkSD yet?
Essentially, RawkSD allows you to import custom DLC into your RockBand 2

I'm most interested in importing the songs from Rock Band 1 and GHWT onto
my SD card so I can play them from within Rock

Wii reads Nintendo proprietary DVD media only, no
DVD-Video's. The only GC that did
was the Panasonic Q released in Japan. Why not
DVD-Video? Your guess is a good as

Seems Nintendo are asshats because there are glaring

Does Wii use HDDVD or BlueRay tech ? or does it even use a disk.

Wii uses DVD, and will also read the mini-DVD's that the Gamecube used.

The Wii won't, however, play DVD movies.
It doesn't have a disk, but it can use SD cards. Has some small amount
of local memory, 512M? not sure.
I'm a big fan of the Virtual Console -- using the wii's wireless
internet connectivity you can buy old console games for a couple
bucks.
