AJL web page requires user to sign in for full access , but there are
no instructions on how to sign on for the first time. Or, did I miss

I would like to read the whole string of messages about
concordances. On the list #4075 there is an answer by Daniel
Stuhlman. Please instruct me on the procedure for reading a string
of messages. (I have failed through index and get as directed
on AJL website Resources. HaSafran)

A patron wants an MP3 audio file of the Tanakah in English, or a cd
of the same that he can put on his mp3 player. Anyone know where he

We are currently inputting our collection at Sinai Temple library in
to Library Thing. It is quite straightforward. If we see the title
but not the edition, there is an option to add another edition. We
can not modify the subject headings that are established on the
records, so to add

In general I prefer to combine the non-fiction. Thinking about the
patrons, children who are selecting their own books can self-select
appropriate reading and sophistication levels. As you know, reading
and comprehension levels vary considerably at any age or grade
level.
Sounds like a really useful suggestion.

Can anyone recommend titles for a public library in a university town

heading list as tags on our librarything.com catalog.
Can anyone explain why the 1999 introduction the the list says
Capital letters are used for terms which are to be used ..lower
case letterms for terms not used and
