The parallel title can be anywhere in the work. Some publishers are nice enough to put in some place easy to find (title page, or at least on the t.p. verso, the at the end of the book in an alternative title page or a colophon). If the title translation comes from someplace weird (such as

Just out of curiousity, can files from Sefaria be downloaded to a tablet or other reading device? While any document in pdf format can be downloaded and read as an ebook, the readability of the text from a pdf is inferior to a “manifestation” that was “born digitial”. Aaron Kuperman, LC Law
