the guys at OpenBSD seem to consider their version
identifier as a number. It is incremented by 0.1 every six month.
So, the difference between OpenBSD 4.0, released Nov 1, 2006 and OpenBSD
3.9 released May 1, 2006 is... 6 months. And that's pretty much all you
can infer from that.
