Are you using Myelin or MyelinMap_BC? For finding brain areas use Myelin_BC, for statistics on the myelin itself you will want to use MyelinMap. Peace, Matt. From: mailto:hcp-users-boun...@humanconnectome.org>> on behalf of Lisa Kramarenko mailto:lisa.kramare...@gmail.com>> Date: Thursday, J

The -cifti-separate command is for getting sections of a cifti file as gifti (single hemisphere) or nifti (volume) files, and it is generally not a good idea to run it on dconns. The -cifti-merge command is how you would do this on the command line, and you would give it the row index (though if t

Hi Nicolò, Matt Glasser did have a lecture on applying his multimodal group parcellation MMP1.0 (see https://balsa.wustl.edu/study/show/RVVG) to individual subjects at the HCP Course. We intend to make a pipeline that does this and run it on all HCP subjects, but it is in a long list of priori

Hi, I am Nicolò Biagi, a PhD student at the University of Reading (UK). I am writing to you because I've seen that you presented the Single Subject Parcellation at the 2017 HCP Course: "Exploring the Human Connectome", held in June in Vancouver, and I'd like to ask you if is now possible to us
