Dear HCP experts,
I am running freesurfer-Darwin-lion-stable-pub-v5.3.0 on MAC 10.10.5.
Could you please help me with this error message? I think it relates to
the library, this is what it states in talairach_avi.log.
Running recon-all directly worked, but after that I am missing some

Dear HCP experts,
Thank you for all your help so far.
Unfortunately I am running into an error in PostFreeSurferPipelineBatch.sh
I wonder if you could please help me solve this issue? Other participants

Dear all,
I've acquired the T1w and T2w images on the GE scanner, additionally, as
advised we've acquired a B1 field map.
I've been trying to use the HCP tools for volume to surface registration of
the B1 map, but so far have had no success. I found an mri_vol2surf
co-registration algorithm used w

Dear all,
We've now been able to acquire a sagittal B1-Map from the GE templates
protocols (GE 3Tesla 750 Discovery).
I hope this is the right sequence that would tell us where the
high-intensity artifact in the GE myelin maps come from?
The raw data is here:

or this GE scanner? In the Siemens scanners
we use the more uniform transmit from the body coil, but if the head
coil were used for transmit, it could produce a more inhomogeneous field.

Dear HCP- users,
Could you please point me to a tutorial for myelin mapping with Human
Connectome Workbench software?
Also, is there a way to implement bias-correction for this technique?
Thank you very much,
