If you mean the fact that the HCP MMP v1.0 doesn't include any subcortical indices, you can use "wb_command -cifti-create-dense-from-template" to expand it to the standard 91282 grayordinates. However, the -cifti-parcellate command will allow you to use it on standard 91282 grayordinate data as-is
