should have included documentation supporting the idea that the “Office of the
Chief Rabbi of Great Britain” I other than the “British Chief Rabbinate”, or
alternatively, that the preferred name has changed.

I've just come across two different LC name headings:
Office of the Chief Rabbi of Great Britain (ID n 98007553 )
British Chief Rabbinate (ID nr2002012516
)
I'm confused as this is the same organisation surely? Can anyone through any
light on this?
