[Heb-NACO] Vocalised Yiddish

Is there any guidance on how to romanise vocalised Yiddish when it differs from standardised pronunciation? My current practice is to romanise it according to the vocalisation and add the standard romanisation in a 246 field. Is that correct? And what about words of Hebrew origin? Thanks Vanes
