I ask because with the changeover, git doesn't work. I've deleted my
credentials file, then tried heroku list. I entered my credentials
(which work on herokugarden.com), but I keep getting Authentication
failed

The best way I have found to use cnames for TLD on GoDaddy is to do
the following:
Log into Godaddy
Click on Domains - My Domains
Click on YOURDOMAIN.COM
Under the Forwarding: section
Click on Domain is not forwarded
A Window will drop down.

my own app via acts_as_authenticated where it just ignores me.
