I have downloaded the Heroku SDK for using Python to write a Facebook app. I
have it working. I notice that it uses Flask, which is a nice
microframework. The app I have in mind probably doesn't need anything bigger
(such as Django).

I'm playing with the sample Python Facebook app. I followed the instructions
to get a local version working at http://localhost:5000 and it went fine.
But it only worked once. After that, whenever I do "foreman start" and
reload http://localhost:5000, I get:
