I bought a big countertop jar opener a few years back for the same reason, only we have very large jars that we can't even get our little female hands around. The jar opener was supposed to open all sizes, but it wasn't able to open either our large ones or our small ones. Big waste! I hope

If you are doing this all day, everyday, your injuries have no way to go, but get worse. Repetitive motion injuries is also know as over use injuries. You are using the same muscles over and over without a break. Most likely you are using a fair amount of force to loosen the caps. And
