RE: [Histonet] Recommendations for HRP anti Rabbit and mouse and AEC substrates

I have used Vector's ImmPress and ABC secondary antibody systems. I like ImmPress better: it has fewer steps, it gives me less background, and the reagents last longer. Vector's Nova Red has given me better results than any other stain that I have tried. -Allen A. Smith Barry University
