Good Morning, We are beginning to optimize and validate the four antibodies for colon MMR (MLH1, MSH2, MSH6, PMS2). We are having difficulties gathering cases to show appropriate loss of staining for all four antibodies. Can anyone share ideas on how this can be accomplished? We are already reach
