Hello all. Would there be any reason that slides stained with TUNEL (ISH) would not pick up the Mayers counterstain? We use it for IHC and it is fine. Mayers for 7 minutes and then ammonia water for 1 minute. We do that rather than rinse for 15 minutes and there are usually no issues. Could a
