Hi Greg, I use BONDS and Apex slides as well. What we do with tissue that washes (usually heavy tumor and some harsher stains like CD34) is leave the tissue unbaked at room temp for 12 hours and then bake at 60 degrees for 30 minutes. I don't know if you are including your control tissue on the
