We have the benchmark specials stainers and don’t have any issues with the GMS. We make our wash around every 4-6 weeks and use DI water. We also decon the wash bulk container once month. Decons are performed quarterly on instruments Get Outlook for iOS

My sympathies. I wish we had never bought the Ventana Ultra. The constant failures of the dispensers has caused such a headache, and the documentation needed before they will even agree to replace one reagent, and then the fight to obtain a credit for the entire test, not to mention wasted
