Is this a universal teenage thing, filthy bedrooms? I'm convinced
there are alien life forms in my daughter's bedroom. They make the strangest

technique.

Has anyone noticed changes in tissue fluorescence if using
Paraplast, Paraplast plus or Paraplast extra? E.g. increased
autofluorescence, increased or decreased signal after staining, anything
really.

Have I died and gone to histologists heaven? Automate an ATPase, now
there would be something special. No more crying and wailing over failed or
partially successful acid reversal. I'll have to retreat to a darkened room,

I blue in gently running tap water for the same time as I stained
with the haematoxylin. Glasgow water is pure, gentle, and soft and comes
from Loch Katrine.

What is the recommended EM buffer for sea water fish? I had
