Dear Alida my emails to your msu.montan.edu get returned to me as undeliverable I have incubated 2 dewaxed sections ( different slides) in HOECHST +/- HIER. Both stain nuclei very well. The HIER-treated section gave a brighter nuclear positivity ( so needed to lower exposure time on taking
