I would love to have some talented staff with degrees! I have a staff of around 22 people but I am currently the only HTL (I have a BA in Biology). I do not have anyone else who is even eligible to sit for the HTL exam. It would be very nice to have someone to share the load with! A friend

Yes this is a common problem, although I am not sure desperate enough would be appropriate verbiage. As histologists over the years we have learned to cope with and being highly resourceful. I have also resorted to the same idea, hiring both AS and BS individuals filling positions and

We have had this problem for years. We are more than willing to train someone. We are a small lab so a bigger concern is if they will fit in with the rest of us personality wise. Not that we just hire anyone willy-nilly, but many people with BS's have some lab experience/background anyway. We
