Hi Cristi, We have the PA/Pathologist dictate the Ischemic time and total fixation time at the end of the gross. It reads something like, "The specimen has an ischemic time of 1 hour and is allowed to fix for 48 hours". As long as it documents both times you should be fine. Thanks, Julia
