Happy Friday! We recently purchased a cryojane for sectioning frozen human and rat cartilage.  I am having some issues with my cartilage sections.  I am using the 4X slides with 2 flashes.  The sections look beautiful, until I put them into buffer to do staining.  I am getting folds and the

Histonetters, I just looked up what a cryojane was, and it's pretty neat! Does anyone else use this? The one flaw seems to be that you can only put one section on a slide (or at least that the way it's depicted here: http://www.instrumedics.com/cryojanetapetransferprocess.htm ) which makes it
