compensation ranges and grids according to education and experience. We keep
every employee with the same education and skill set at the same compensation
for an equitable pay system
I would say $28 to $32 dollars an hour depending on experience and education.

That sounds good to me! I have never been fortunate enough to have education
weighted. Of course I know it depends on market
Salaries in Texas are pretty low, which is one of the reasons I travel
:) . I would guess $60-80 K / year, with Seton on the low end, and CPL on
the top end. Depending on experience, of course. Who's looking for a
supervisor, CPL?
