I found out about it the same way I do any keyboard command when I play a
new game. Go to the keyboard options and see what things are set for what
keys.
Spray paint was "T"
Screenshot was "F5"
REPORT BUG (it's even in capital letters) is "F4"

Well, DoD:S is new, isn't it, so there are bound to be more bugs in it
than the other games. :-P

Even if it is accessible in other games, clearly they are not utilising very
effectively -- they could do with it being made obviously available in all
games by including

That's ridiculous. Valve has an excellent in-game method for reporting bugs
that includes the ability to attach screenshots and saved games just by
clicking a button.
I think in CSS it's bound to F4, not sure if it's bound to a key in Lost
Coast

I am not suprised people are posing bugs on random mailing lists -- There is
no real, proper method of reporting bugs to Valve.

There are alot of bugs with LC.
Cliping, displacemnt, ai, ragdolls, props - and so
many more
All I want LC for is the HDR.
If you want to gripe about lc, there are many threads
at the steampowered forums, that will take notice.

The rope doesn't seem to be attached to the large chandelier in the church,
although it swings as expected. The rope/cable just stays still. Here's a
