pgp is not hard to handle, there are tons of tools which have a pretty
good usability and also such a "system" would add a way to verify the
sender. another way would be to add SPF records to the valvesoftware.com
zone and enable SPF
why go though the trouble, when any normal person should have know that was
a spoofed mail without even looking at the header.

be on client machines.

we got the server, and we were always happy with it so didn't really play
