It was caused when someone maliciously sent a malformed fragmented out
of band UDP packet (causing a portion of the stack to be overwritten
that shouldn't be). The problem wasn't in the wild (a security
researcher pointed it out to us).

From time to time, both of my servers will crash at the same time. I've
never found a pattern, or a reason for it, but both servers will crash at
the *exact* same second. Anyone else see this?
