Can anyone confirm whether or not this update fixes the "half-time switch"
crash seen in competitive games? Is this the fix mentioned in the client
crash for the change log?

Any way to have it so that when its precached and allow_from_disk set
that it will allow the custom model?
or bspdecals when precached it gets added to acceptable usage?
