Evolution allows for marking the text to be quoted. And I also use my phone to read this stuff when I'm on the road. But I guess it is to complicated and too much work for people to trim down messages. This behavior is typical nowadays.. why should I do something if the other people could do

When you say some maps, do you mean official maps or custom? If it's custom, then it's because the person who made the map didn't insert the correct entities for the map to enter sudden death. Take a look at the Valve Dev Wiki to see how you can do that. If it's official maps that the problem
