I don't just use PB I stream to Punksbusted and Pbbans. It has been
very effective in catching cheaters and keeping cheaters out.

I don't think that going to happen.
The main problem is the material cheats (most of normal cheats are being
detected by VAC), and the solution would be to make sv_pure 1/2 default.
