Doesn't here, deleting defaultweb.ini and creating an roweb.ini with the
wanted settings works just fine.

ever the server overwrites the roweb.ini it will be pull the settings from the
defaultweb.ini.

Anyway, at least on Windows the mapcycle.txt is only overwritten when
there IS a new map. At
mapcyclefile MyVeryCustomAndPersonalMapcycle.txt
throw it in same folder and have a nice day.

We have mandatory updates coming tomorrow for TF2, CS:S, DoD:S, and HL2:DM.
The update for CS:S is a major one. Lots of the changes from the CS:S Beta are
being shipped.
