OK (sorry for the multiple emails to the list, but I thought this is worth
knowing):
Apparently, if a server is NOT registered for quickplay, the sv_tags will
get stripped out (I never bothered with these few servers, since they were
all 100% custom maps anyway). Registering each one for quickplay
I am seeing one strange bug with this update.
A few of my servers have had their sv_tags completely disappear. All the
servers in question are running custom maps, and there wasn't this issue
prior to yesterday's update.
They are running the same configuration as my other servers, and are
replay-
Just update Sourcemod to the latest snapshot (released last night), and
you'll be good to go.

I can verify that fuzzy changelevel (changelevel upward) works on my
server, both stock and with sourcemod or the updated tftrue enabled.
Haven't tried any other plugins
