What i did so far:
1. Step:
Went into game/properties/local files/ then clicking verify cache files it
started updating again.
When i launched the game and i tried to join a server then i either get
disconnected because i dont have the new plr Map or a
"particles/water_dx80.pcf" error what lead

Just done that - deleted all Tf2 gcf files and re-downloaded them.
Now its a loop - finished dl followed by verify game -> updating -> verify
game -> updating -> and so on...
What a bloody great update this is...

I know this is the server list - but i was hoping for some help from you? :)
I and as it seems others have a problem with the update as its not
installing properly.

Where can i find the sv_steamgroup please?
I cant see any change to our group and i cant see the sv_steamgroup value
anywhere?
(updated the steamclient and looked at the online version)

Yes, they will "allow" dedicated public servers...
Brian Jacobson stated that there current guess is that our Box
a HP DL320 E3110 3Ghz Dual Core with 4Gb ram can handle around 5-8 servers.
