Hi, I need a simple Admin Plugin. All it needs to do is allow reserved
slots, inable me to give admins map change/kick/ban. I run Plan of Attack,
Hidden and Hl2dm servers. I would like a plugin that works with all basic
hl2mods. Nothing fancy.

Yes, mani, xphan, sap and sourcemm. Mani sort of works for somethings, but
not reserved slots. And its got a ton of things in it I would never use.

Have things changed with the MOTD? I use to just point the motd to my
website, that dosn't work anymore it just shows up as a link. It seems that
now I have to use head tags like this:
head
titleHL2MP MOTD/title
meta http-equiv=Content-Type

I'm confused. Why do we care what FPS the server gets? The max fps for a
server dosn't affect the clients max fps. Why should I care if my server
console pulls 60 or 300 fps? Wouldn't forcing my console window to 300 fps
waste server resources

Now Im more confused. I've rented a server box for 4 years now. Its a Power
Edge p4 2.80 GHz, 1 Gig of ram and Win 2003 server edition out of a data
center in Dallas, Texas operating on a network that is fully meshed and
