If your CSS server is crashing, it's related to it having certain
plugins on OR you run same maps all over / too many memory consuming
maps which leads to crash. This leads tho things like you see black
sofas on cs_office after playing de_nightfever or some other material
changes it's texture
We've been having this problem as well... Here are some lines from the log.

I'd be interested your list of maps that crash servers, because i'm
aware about only 1 map that has issues since the OB move. Only issue is
really that pings rise in that particular map, de_rush.I haven't seen a
single map related crash yet and i have over 100 custom maps on my CSS
server.

Yes, I'm also currently experiencing constant server crashes. And after
looking back in the logs, the last message that gets logged is someone
leaving the server.
Fun fact, one of them actually crashed not more then 30 seconds before I
got this email.

If it's always after disconnecting, then it might be an exploit that
people do with lua scripts to crash servers. KAC will block the people
running those scripts entering the server.

The servers are currently running latest version of both KAC and DBlocker.
Both are said to prevent it. And as someone else said in that thread
posted in the OP, it only started after the latest CSS update.
Another note, also running Windows Server 03

Same here, we are very current with all the latest hardening and security
preventions. As many posted in the thread I suggested above, trials with
both vanilla servers and servers running the proper plugins and patches
still produce the same constant crashing. However, this crash again appears

Valve knows that a good chunk (1/4th?) of custom maps crash the server
since the OB move (I have about 30 core dumps, if anyone is
interested).
Oh well,
