I do not think Fistful-of-Frags dedicated server is setup for that server registration stuff (sv_setsteamaccount). I asked the developer about it like a month ago - and he didn't seem to know what I was talking about. But, the server list is not gigantic (like TF2, or CS, etc.). So, no big deal
