There have been some issues with this since some of the former custom maps
are now official maps. I don't know of any automated solutions.

I've seen this issue in NS, even when both the maps are identical.
I've also had the same exact problem, I compared my map against my servers
map and they are identical, even the MD5 hash value of the files match.
