I'm still having problems with the Windows version, it causes my server to
crash every time I use it, so I have reverted back to nothing for now.
I would still prefer to see valve put this back in the game as it really is
much needed.

I released a plugin that brings back mp_teststalemate. Windows only right now,
if anyone wants a Linux version I guess I can compile one.

This was fixed with the last update, the correct cvar is mp_timelimit and
will be respected by any map.
