"Apparently" VAC2 is enforcing vac1 bans now. As in, if someone is banned by
VAC1, they are banned from VAC2 untill their time expires.

Yeah, you should check out the SteamPowered Forums.
They are VERY strict NOT unbanning folks from VAC. And as a Player, server
owner and Admin- I support them 100%. SOMEONE put installed something.
Recommendation:
Go buy another CD Key. Rather

It appears he's banned from all servers (including yours) running VAC due to
cheating violations. Deleting any old hacks won't do any good.
There is no way to undo a VAC ban unless somehow you can prove to valve that
you was falsely banned (which appears from what he's said seems to be a
