I currently have 1 server with two installed nic's. With just 1 nic
installed the server functions, as an Internet hlds_l server with no
problem. Since I have installed the 2nd nic I now cannot connect. It
starts fine, no errors or anything, but when I do a "status" it does

Yeah, but the *really* cool people just go straight to the source, and hack

You can also accomplish running windowed by making the Registry adjustments
shown in my desktop shot here:

Set the value of the following:
EngineAllowWindowed 1
EngineModeWindowed 1
