Hey there! This seems like a good temporary solution, however I would love to be able to find a more perm one. I have noticed that restarting doesn't release all the memory used by the HLDS PID, this would stop the excessive leakage though. Thanks for the script, I will put that together

They are cheating using scripts. There is such a script that, when your not firing, you have a crappy cl_updaterate or cl_rate. But when you start firing, a script changes so your upload is very high/good. Thus they seem laggy when they run around, but they can see shoot. Their download
