To consider:
Will there be pages on your web server that will demand too much processing
time ? (ASP, scripts, actions that will require too much cpu power)
Are those server going to be VERY popular ?

That would be because you have 'log on' in

Problem with the ones that clean the empty log files, is that if you don't
have log on in autoexec.cfg then it will delete all log files that tell
what map was loaded, so then Psychostats will do some funky stuff to the map
stats. I found this out the hard way.
