Wow, you know I am seeing this memory leak too. Ouch. Just since the
update my CS server is consuming 275M of ram. That way over twice my
1.5 server at 105M. But it's at over 5 times the uptime and is pretty
norm

Hmm, after the steam update, my server shuts down when the map is done.
I've shut the server down, done a manual update, and brought the server back
up ... Still does the same thing.
