I, like many others, run my entire serverfarm of more than 80+ machines
on FreeBSD.
Are the things Alfred is talking about here: (mainly by refactoring the
algorithms to go from O(n) or O(n^2) to O(1)) for Linux only or is it
something inside hlds_l that would affect any host running hlds_l. I

Call me an idiot, but whats the point of CD, VAC, and all the other
various/less used anti cheat measures? Its quite obvious that CD can be
reverse engineered(not much different than removing cd checks from game
installed if

I know, thats why the "sentinel projekt" stoped, it was based on a "master server" og
more for updates and the it woud have cost alot of money and alot of hardwork to keep
it DoS free with continious monitoing the servers and acces to accces listing tools
and a hardend firewall. not

most of us are expecting for the new binaries. software development
simply like that, delay is normal.
