Hi, What I did find out is that the server will only crash when running glibc 2.3.2 on Linux kernel 2.6.12.1, running kernel 2.6.8 works without no problem. I have not tested the kernels between those two. Upgrading to glibc 2.3.5 on kernel 2.6.12.1 made the problem go away. I've also talked a
