This is fairly simple. It doesn't matter which binary you use. The binary loads a DLL/SO in order to run the game. Installation of metamod tells the binary to load metamod instead, then METAMOD loads the normal game DLL/SO. Your server is reporting that it cannot load metamod. As a result,
