We are running 32bit system too, this crash keeps occurring occasionally
on busy servers. It is triggered by a client connect.

Are you running 64-bits servers ?
The support for 64-bit is gone since last year at least..
I did get strange craches a year ago, but that turned out to be a hardware
problem.
Run memtest, check voltage ..
